Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Frames
Place the eyewear securely in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us without any damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
